This committee consists of two representatives from the Church Council and all others from the congregation working under the direction of the Council.  The duties include:
  1. Oversee the general maintenance of the church properties and grounds through periodic inspection.
  2. Communicate with the Pastor regarding custodial priorities and required supplies.
  3. Obtain bids for necessary repairs, improvements and equipment and submit these bids and recommendations to the Church Council for their consideration and approval.
  4. Communicate with the Personnel Committee regarding needs for the performance of maintained personnel.
  5. Solicit and direct volunteer labor, as need arises.

Meetings:

This committee shall normally meet once a month, (first Tuesday of the month at 7:00 PM) with additional meets as needed.

Reports:

The Chairperson and the Secretary of the committee shall be selected by the committee and make monthly written reports to the Council and maintain a file in the church office.
